Maybe you could do two divisions. One for muscle gaining, one for fat loss. Also too keep people active in it, perhaps updated pictures must be posted every 2 weeks?

I'm in, since i stop going to the gym and gained 10+pounds from August 1st till now. On purpose
I always go for mass and start "cleaning" in April/May.
