If I want to buy links, am I supposed to pay the fee to post in BST?

It seems like it's setup for service providers to pay to post since they're making money off the services. If I'm just looking for some decent travel, adventure sport related links, do I need to pay to post over there?
 


I believe any solicitation even Buying Or Hiring requests require you to pay a fee. It's rare to see now-a-days for people looking to buy/request something to post a BST since the new fee, but it's still a rule. You can however do a search for people already selling within the BST specifically for the type of links you are looking for.​
 
I'm pretty sure if you want to post in that section you have to pay the fee. However there are plenty of providers in there that you could PM for free and see what they have available.

For instance, me.
 
Thanks for the replies, did a few searches and wasn't able to find providers that had optimized their posts for the keywords I was looking for. That and vbulletin search sucks. But I'll dig around some more, see what I can find. Thanks again.
