yes, you are right on the ball. If a writer lacks in any one of these, he isn't a good buy.

If provided with a particular niche, can you create a 300-500 word article with SEO for submission to article directories or ezines? I may have a need for several of these in the coming weeks. Thanks!

Well I took a "paid service" (i.e. no freebie) and the content he produced for me was good. I didn't find any major errors in it and overall the flow was pretty good.
