If you never see this vid, you're truly missing out..

Last night my sister / roommate was out and I decided to try putting on some of her foundation. Just a little bit. I have a bit of redness from acne, and some old acne scars, not too mention bags under my eyes. I just put a tiny bit on, and I tried to see if I could tell that I had foundation on, and I couldn't. The thing is, I have a good facial structure, but my bad skin brings me down. I am probably a 7/10, but with just a bit of foundation I was like an 8.5/10, probably a 9/10 just based off face, but I'm too thin to be a 9/10 overall.

Would it be okay for me to wear a little foundation on a daily basis? I've been trying to improve my skin, and I have to a point, but it just isn't easy. The bags under my eyes seem to be impossible to fix, and even when I manage to get down to zero acne, there is still scars that make my skin uneven.

It seems like a reasonable idea. Just don't over do it. You don't want to come off whoreish

Subtle Copypasta is Subtle?

who the hell uses a real human brain in a demonstration? who would agree to that?

She's a bit new age

Yeah.. It is a bit unsettling to see at first, at least for me.. but if the previous owner donated it to science, so be it. Seeing the real thing like that punctuates just how separated the left and right hemisphere are. Add to that, her reenactment of each side functioning on it's own... taking turns back and forth controlling consciousness perception...Paints a very clear picture, and communicates insight that otherwise is difficult to convey. The brain was put to good use.

Awesome video, but maybe only because I'm intoxicated; hey, maybe intoxication opens up that other half? BRB, getting some meth, will report back.

What was really eye-opening to me was the implications this had for simply being happy.

If you could decide when you want to be in your left brain and when you wanted to be in your right brain, say, flip a lightswitch between them by choice, then you could work more efficiently when you want to work and then when it's time to relax, flip the switch and be one with the universe all night.

Of course a more elegant solution must come about than that, but I've no doubt that in 50-100 years this general concept of choosing when to be in which brain-half fully will be an often-considered idea among society.

The kind of people who would use a real gun:

She said a nice pun and didn't even recognize it: "stroke of insight" near the end.

Interesting but way too much 'energy' thought and no real actionable information, not like we can turn off those sides of our brains, unless we get a stroke.

Shit bro, this isn't a WSO. She wasn't selling a fucking 10 step ebook. Come up with your own action plan. Maybe,... try using your right brain for that.

You may not be able to turn each side on or off, but just read a recent book on neuro plasticity to realize how much control you have over your own brain function through repetitive training.

I had a strange experience last night. I woke up in middle of a night and I felt very strange. I looked at my hands and they looked so fucking weird, like animal claws. Also I was not able to count my fingers. Then I fell a sleep again.

Did my right part of brain woke up while left part was still a sleep, or it was just a dream induced by watching this video just before I want to bed?

wtf lol

Haha.. I'm not certain, but I would venture to guess that your right brain is more active while your're in a sleep state. Therefore your few minutes of being awake were dominated by your right brain. Again, I'm just talking shit and don't really know that to be true.
