PS: Keep two laptops. Or one laptop and a desktop maybe. And a data card.. You won't be able to be offline for 2-3 hours at a stretch..

LOL, I just read your post. I'm already running into the wife vs. laptop thing.

And yeah I don't mind the work at all just so long as all the money comes to me. I'd rather bust my ass in my own business making $500/week than bust my ass selling magazines 8 hours a day having my manager telling me to get my ass back on the phone because we got too many calls comming in when all I wanted to do was take a piss.

So I'm gonna just put up a website this weekend. I should have the Wp customization downpacked by tommorrow.

What he says will work , just start first thing tomorrow and get it done, the only thing I'd suggest would be increase the word count to 300 or so.
 
Mastering this Thesis theme is a little more than I thought would be. Especially since I have very little html knowledge. May take a little longer but it seems to be the best option for a that will we give the flexibility required for Affiliate Marketing

One thing this does illustrate though is the devil is in the details. Sure you can see what someone is doing but how many peopl read this and picked up immediately the discrepency. You get this way when you look at campaigns, ads, landing pages. DETAILS!

Also, unless you're a young single guy who can subsist on ramen and Schlitz, you really need to be making at least twice as much online each month as you do from your job before you quit. Taxes and health insurance and other expenses are going to eat up a not insubstantial chunk of your self-employed earnings.

You also want to have some scratch in the bank, not just for comfort's sake, but for the same reason professional poker players like to have decent bankroll, so you can ride out the inevitable losses and/or move into a good game when one arises.

Of course, nothing will motivate you to work harder than having to rely completely on yourself.
 
If you're a musician, why not give music lessons or something.? $20 a half hour is the going rate around here. You can make $500 in 12.5 hours.

If you don't expect to work a lot more than that to make a living online, you do not have realistic expectations. Though I don't really consider $500 a week a living so maybe it would take as long.

And you really cannot expect anybody here to hand you a niche. Sure, we read forums and blogs for tips. But when I see a niche recommended, I usually figure it is a shill or outdated information. Why would somebody give away a niche or technique?

1) I'm not a musician I'm a rapper/producer. In fact if anyone wants to link up and help me set up some sort of beat selling website online then maybe we can make some money together. A steady income will allow me to move back to Atlanta and get that going. Right now I'm in FL and it's not so easy to pack up the wife and kid and just move when I don't have a job in Atl.

2)I'm willing to slave in order to make a living online. Of course I do realize that $500 a week isn't alot of money but that's what I barely make now. I figure that will allow me to move to Atl and just get by. $500 is baseline, it's the minimal that I can allow myself to survive on.

3) Like I stated before, I'm not asking for a niche. I've been studying this game enough and trust me, I have no problems finding a hungry crowd. No handouts, just wanted a little help like most other people on here.

My wife's income will help also. Of course I would like to make more like evryone else. My main reason for starting this thread was to get some ideas on how to make atleast $500/week. I'm surviving on less right now although it ain't easy.

Anyways, I got some advice from a manager at Ads4Dough so I gonna get started tonight.
