I've seen this platform for contests recently, and you can vote multiple times per day if you use incognito mode from Chrome or private browsing from Firefox. Also, it looks like you're currently in 49th place. The places update daily, I believe.

Putting in C:\...\chrome.exe "http://photos.parents.com/vote/63/1524041?r=%2Fmost-adorable-kid%2F50%2F2012%2F49%3Fesrc%3Dadorablekid12" -incognito will make a shortcut straight to the page without having to click the vote button if you use Chrome.
