I've tried before when somebody refuse to give me an username+password of his cpanel, but turned out to be more difficult for both of us

Especially when I have to CHMOD something (like a footer perhaps), and I'll have to wait for him to do it :)

Don't worry, after I've finished, all your chmod will be set to what it supposed to, then you'll change your password, and that's it!
 
I got my review back yesterday, and I really couldn't be any happier with the work spesialis has done.

The theme is simple, elegant, and it's free, so I may even end up using it on some sites in the future.

Spesialis installed a lot of your standard plugins: analytics, wp super cache, a database tool, all-in-one SEO, and some new plugins that I've never used before, but I'm glad I now know about them. He also asked if I'd like any others installed, so I assume he can install whatever you like.

The content is by far the best part. He supplied a total of 14 well-written posts that are closely related to my niche. I spotted a few spelling and punctuation errors, but not bad at all for 14 articles.

Each post was tagged and given customized meta data (title, description, keywords). I usually give my posts really short tags, and lots of them. They were given just a few tags each, and they were more longtail phrases. Not my style, but there's nothing necessarily wrong with it, I don't think.

He also created about, contact, privacy, and disclaimer pages.

This is definitely a great service for anyone looking to quickly build out a network of blogs.

Yup, no problem.

I should also note that almost all the site's pages are indexed with a totally fresh domain, no links.
