Happy birthday to me. Read this first. Your boobs are below.

I'm looking for some good beer to pick up today, something that I can get for sure at the Beer Store (Canadian). Not really looking for the generic brands, I've tried pretty much all of them, I'm looking for something a bit more small scale, different. Maybe something from smaller breweries that make something you like. Make your suggestions below please and thanks sirs.

Obligatory boobs:

Not even a happy birthday.

Happy?

Okanagan spring is a pretty good brewery here in BC, they make some pretty good beers... don't know what availability is like outside of the province

Chimay is alish and definitly not your average brew. European, made by the last of the orders that made up the holy inquisition.

Or don't drink your guiness ice cold so you can actually taste the taste :)

I second the Okanagan Spring recommendation. They do a pale ale, lager and blond ale. Granville Island Brewery is good too, but again, probably not available in Ontario. Can you get Shaftbury there? I like their honey ale quite a bit. Sleeman's isn't too bad either.

Happy Birthday!

1st off- I stared unnaturally long (for a woman) trying to figure out what the hell your avatar was.

2nd- You are in Canada, right? Go get some Black Cat. I had that in a pub in Toronto on tap and it nearly knocked me on my ass after two glasses- the alcohol content is so much higher in CA then in the US (without it being called malt liquor).

3rd- Does it suck to have your birthday so close to Christmas?

4th- Happy Birthday/ Merry Christmas/ Happy Boxing Day!

Was gonna say Delirium Tremens, but most likely not available. What about La Fin Du Monde? It's a Belgian triple that's brewed in Quebec.

Merry Birthday & Happy Christmas - Kokanee always works for me ... Don't forget the LCBO have a small selection of beers too...

Have a good one

Sudbury eh? Hmm...Not sure how far some of the smaller breweries reach is but one brand I do like that is from Niagara Falls is called James Ready, it's cheap but tastes like high quality beer.
