If you wanna know what works and what doesn't, then just test it yourself and refine from there. That way you are not using the same data as a bunch of other people, shit is competitive enough without everyone working from the same research.

I really liked the video, very informative and well made for someone who has never used a pivot table. Do you know if older versions of Excel include pivot tables?

Not sure, but I can think of an easy way to find out - just open up your older version of Excel and check
