Import CSV greyed out any suggestions?

I'm trying to import a large amount of multiple campaigns in to adwords editor and the import csv option is greyed out.

Newest version of the tool
Tried both mac and pc

Anyone got any ideas wtf is up?

AdWords editor is working by synchronizing changes. So maybe you need to download everything from your active account and then you'll be able to import (make changes to existing data).

Thanks I'll give that a shot next time, I did some shitty time consuming work around this time.
