Hey folks, I'm a regular on the #cakes irc channel, and sometimes people make fun of Ryan Eagle. I thought I should say a few things about this.

Now I barely know about the guy, the whole thing seems to have started when he posted some bullshit about how it is bad to copy other people's landing pages, and someone pointed out he himself had copied a landing page. Some people started digging into his sites and discovered he lives what could be described as some fake gangsta white rapper type of lifestyle, if you have seen the movie "Malibu's Most Wanted" then you might know what I mean. Also, apparently he was an ass at adtech. In short, it appears that he's some kind of asshole.

All that being said. I feel like defending this fucker. He's a fucking role model, and I'll tell you why.

There seems to be a lot of highly successful young punks in this business. So many of you are in your teens or early twenties and are making thousands of dollars a day. And it's fucking awesome.

You are all Ryan Eagles. You don't know what is stupid or impossible and that is why you go forward and do the work and achieve success! So many people don't have the guts to get out there and look stupid. Ryan Eagle damn well has those guts. All you successful people do, no matter how smart you are!

Lol... no... I don't really come here too much but I still see hype around me. I don't know why he posted it, nor do I know who he is. I don't really need defending - I do realize I got myself into the hole with you guys. I'm a dick. I'm an asshole. I don't care.

... I truthfully don't care about you haters, never did. I just find it funny that there is so much hype around me. Jealousy. I'm just trying to make a dollar bill - that's all. You guys keep me motivated to keep on top of my game if anything.

Keep in mind though, bad publicity is good publicity. Do you guys realized how many direct advertisers have contacted me from all this hype? =).

Seriously though, people need to get off Eagle's nuts. I haven't seen the dude do anything to deserve the amount of hate he gets on here.
