Incentivizable CPA offers paying max $$ for free signup?

I'm looking for offers that can be incentivized and at the same time payout $5+ for a free signup requiring no credit card info. Do these even exist? Which networks would have them? I currently have COPEAC and NeverBlue Ads. THanks.

Probably not. Usually when you get into the $5 and up range, it's going to require some sort of financial commitment whether it's a credit card or accepting reverse SMS billing.

Contact your affiliate managers and ask them. I think CPAEmpire has a lot of incentivizable offers, as does NeverBlueAds. Check them out too.

i am working with a 3,8$ offer that does not require any credit card, it is just a 4 field sign up, not even email verification required, but i did not do too much research, maybe i will find something more.
 
I don't think there will be many, especially as you are wanting incentive offers. It's bad enough wanting incentive offers as some networks are moving away from these now, but also wanting $5 is quite high. You should see many below this, but definitely not many above it.
