I am thinking of incorporating an "LLC taxed as a S-Corp" as soon as possible. However, I will relocate to Arizona in 9 months, so it does not seem logical to incorporate in my current state.

Would it be possible to incorporate in Arizona under a family member's name who lives in AZ, and then become an officer in a way that I do not have to register a foreign corporation in my current state? Later this year, when I get to AZ, I can modify the structure. Does anyone see any complications arising out of this situation?

Also, would I just set up W2 wages to pay myself?

I'd appreciate any tips on this matter.

Thanks,

You've been hitting the bong, parksobong, too much if you're going to take legal advice from a forum whose claim to fame is the dickroll.

Methinks you should park the bong and then seek advice from the right channels.
