Goto a search bar and type in:

site:yourdomain.com


and you will receive a query of all your current indexed pages.

Well apparently I'm indexed but not ranked (well enough anyway) in the SERPS. Is backlinking more or less effective time management than content building?

Dude, offsite SEO is your most important part of the SEO puzzle. On page SEO will only get you so far. Just make sure you get your keywords in your title, h1 and maybe an h2 and h3 here and there if you haven't already. You can also bold your keywords to give them a little more weight. Just don't make it look spammy.

If you don't have meta tags yet make sure you put your description in there with the keyword tag. I think theres still a search engine that still uses the keyword tag.

What kind of site is it? WP and some other CMSs create feeds automatically.

I just read a few things that had a broad statement like "Use rss feeds" for SEO. Can't find a definitive explanation of what they are/how to use them.
