If it's a legit inheritance, check it out, or get a proxy to do a tour and video tape the whole thing for you.

If it's a podunk piece of crap, sell it or make it a holiday home if you can afford to get there.
If it's half decent, rent it out.
If it's full blown decent, then yeah, use it as some kind of sex industry thing.
