Was just curious if anyone here has any experience or insight about getting fanpage updates to show up on a user's main page feed?

Any details I should keep an eye our for?

I have a FB fan page which doesnt have any issues showing up on my own feed and other test accounts as well, but it has text, links, photos, etc. so its never really been much of a concern for me.

The reason I'm looking for more specifics like anti-spam signs that prevent the page from showing up on the feed is because I just started another page which is primarily going to be literally providing link content with no text, and minimal photo albums. After a brief test there hasn't been any updates that I post that shows up to my feed.... so it got me thinking if there are any specifics I should be doing or not doing in order to increase the feed priority of the fan page onto user feeds?

Not sure how much of a response I'll get as this doesn't seem to be a widely covered topic but figured I'd try anyways :D

they basically have an algorithm based around user engagement ie clicks, comments, likes. Use that info to your advantage...

Interaction, That is how you know a page will show on your feed. If someone likes the page it WILL SHOW, thing is soon after they may hide it.

Another NOTE: Just because you are the admin of the page if you do not "LIKE" the thing it will not show in your feed no matter what the fuck you do LOL, I am willing to bet that is why you are not seeing it.

More tips - You want user interaction and emotional response, especially on pages almost any response is a good one, the retard who says SPAM, Fail Tank, This is BOB, they are actually making it so that page is more prominent to them. Plus that is what helps your page to be shown to others. They respond to you, it show on the users wall a couple friends see x respond and will join and on and on.

There are really no specific, algos in place for pages that I know of,

thanks for the feedback guys, once i load it up with a few k of fans i'll start testing for different types of postings/click, comment baits etc.

@AdExhibitJason, haha LIKING the page was the first thing I double checked when I was trying to get the feed to show lol

Guess its to the testing board once the page populates. if i find anything worth noting i'll update here.
