Installing prosper202 (pic)

I ftp'd the files to my server and am trying to install prosper202. The files are within a folder /prosper.../files

One of the files is named index.php, which means that if I were to take them from that directory to the root directory, wouldn't that break my site?

Trying to figure out how to install it.

Yep.

Install it into a subdomain.

subdomain.domain.com

Prosper is a conversion tracking software. I would think you would want both, seeing as they both have different purposes overall.
