It's the 1-1/2 rule. The number of children most mammals are intended to handle is typically at the very least 1/2 the number of tits they have, but up to the number of tits they have. So for humans, typically 1 kid (half a pair of breast), but twins can be somewhat common (2 tits). Kinda like how cats can easily have 3 to 6 in a litter naturally. Also kinda why there's always an even number of tits... wouldn't wana have half a kid

Well, that may be fucked up by modern Western standards. But consider as an example that in Iran the legal age for a girl to marry and thus be fucked is 9. Because that was the age Muhammad fucked his youngest wife, Aisha, although he married her when she was 5.
Considering human life expectancy was in the 30s until fairly recently on the grand scale of things, 13/15 year old parents seems quite reasonable. The kid just happens to look young for his age.
As for having lots kids, America is really lucky to have a decent birth rate, considering most of the rest of the Western world (ie Europe) is heading for extinction with unsustainable birth rates. Not to mention places like Russia or Japan, where the birth rate is far beyond the possibility of recovery and population collapse is imminent. And at the other end of the scale are countries with ridiculous birth rates, like Nigeria or Pakistan, with the natural result being a population explosion with an access of young men - the historical outcome of which is a bloodbath of one kind or another.
Course this isn't Iran. I guess its like that old adage goes, two wrongs don't make a right. I could probably go into describing the numbers revolving around kids being sold into sex trades and so forth... but I'd have to ask myself, what does that have to do with this specific topic (unless of course she turns to some other form of income).
