you have to make under 95k yr for a single person or 125k yr as a couple to get the tax credit.
Obama only makes it easier for poor people that cant afford it to get a house.

He is saying Dr Ngo defined it as a CPM only thing.. yet you can do media buys on a CPC basis. It should be broadly defined as buying advertising space on a website, dosnt have to be CPM. Although the bigger ones may work on a CPM only basis.. its not a hard and fast rule. Thats not too difficult to comprehend is it? who gives a shit anyway, its 6am and im still up concocting dumbass ads.
