If someone DOES have longterm campaigns that can do that yield, I'd offer investors 10% monthly ROI and they would line up in droves.

Yeah, there's always a big downside with campaigns.
Plus, no single AM campaign is going to scale to the level that would make it worth an institutional investor's attention.
