iphone SMS/MMS backup

Hey everybody,

what is a reliable way to back up sms/mms from the iphone? I'm trying to save them to my macbook. Got some biz sms's I want to save mainly. The MMS's I've been able to save onto my phone then import them into my mac.

I've tried quite a few solutions online without much luck, and I've searched wickedfire but didn't find a post about this yet.

Off the top of my head:

Go to SMS. Select a Conversation/Message. Click the 'Edit' button in the top right. Select multiple messages/talk bubbles. Click 'Forward (X)' button in the bottom right, where X is the number of messages you selected. Enter your email address as the recipient in the next page.
