Apple store will charge you an arm and a leg if you aren't covered by warranty. Go to any reputable cell phone repair shop. It's a relatively straight forward fix. Something is interfering with your proximity sensor.

iPhones suck so, probably apples fault. Renounce your shitty god and come to android (non god).
