Is 2012 Really The End Of The World?



I'd say what is likely next year is that more and even greater debasement of western currencies leads to some serious world wide financial breakdowns and widespread unrest follows, giving the governments an excuse for severe crackdowns (Arab spring style but way bigger) and some very large military conflicts between rival countries. Not the 2012 crap of movies but a very ugly situation for most people.
 
with the pace of the recent developmments , very likely, for many people 2012 will be really as if it's the end of the world, unfortunately

I'll bet against you, and say this is all just one big fucken ploy to keep us on edge, and in fear, while the middle class is stripped of its wealth.

The world has already ended. We are currently just a simulation in the super computers left behind by us before we were exterminated the first time the Mayan Calendar ran out.
