Is AdCenter Serious?

I started some new campaigns with adcenter recently, and every ad I submitted would be disapproved because of the url and then listed a p202 url that wasn't even for my current campaign.. Contact support and this was their response:

"During my review of your ads that received the disapprovals, I did note that the URL's associated with your with those ads are contain a re-direct component. What is occurring is adCenter is recognizing that component as being in violation of the current Editorial Guidelines with regards to re-direct destination URL's. The URL specified, is associated with your Campaign "[mycampaign] Email Capture", adGroup "[mycampaign] 1", which adCenter is also recognizing as being in violation of the current Editorial Guidelines.

Because the URL's associated with these ads does appear to be your own personal tracking software, I will be submitting an Editorial Appeal on your behalf so that it may be reviewed. There is no guarantee that the disapprovals will be overturned, and this process may take three to five business days to complete, but once I have received a response, I will contact you to advise the outcome. I thank you for your patience while I work to solve this issue."

I'm not sure if they are trying to tell me tracking redirects are against the "Editorial Guidelines" (retarded, but it is M$) or what? I guess it is possible that some campaign I ran in the past was a violation so they flagged my tracking url.

Anyone else ever have to deal with this?

I've never had an issue like that before but at least they do tell you what the problem is and try to help you fix it unlike google.

Just wait out the "review" you'll be approved as long as your shit isn't shady. Yes MS has some strange rules but their support reps will get it resolved eventually.
