i think i figured it out. i have ads with good ctr and a good amount of clicks set at around .1 to .2 and fb gives them 0-100 impressions a day =\ wtf.
oh yeah, today when i replicated my ads that used to have .30 cpc(created yesterday), same ads but the cpc is double. Other went from .40 to .90 . i just turned them off..
