Let me explain what's going on because people keep asking.
After that post above ^ was written .....
Shoemoney bitched out. Not bitched out technically, but he had knee surgery recently so he couldn't do MMA. A few weeks after June 20th (that post) and after he got surgery we talked about it... basically he can't fight MMA, so we considered just boxing. At the same time he mentioned getting Chuck Liddell, and we also talked about getting other fights going just cause it would be fun (Ruck vs Nick Mattern, Bofu2u vs Von Doogan).
But that was all general chit chat. Nothing was confirmed. Contrary to popular belief I don't talk to Shoemoney on a daily basis. Twice a year to yell at him randomly, and any time that its fight related.
Fast forward a couple weeks ago, when the Clickbooth Fight Night poster first surfaced. I thought to myself, "Wow, so Shoemoney went through and is putting it together." Let's rumble!!!
Wrong.
I message Shoemoney. He claims that he has nothing to do with Clickbooth's Fight Night. I tell him to look into it and find out wtf is up. From what I gather, Clickbooth basically jacked the entire idea and made it shitty. I think they were able to jack to the idea because Shoemoney was in talks with some clown named DK who probably spilled the beans to CB, and since they are scum they figured they'd run with the idea.
This "fight night" has nothing to do with me and Shoe beef.
Couple days ago I IM him again... " did you figure out wtf this is about? (referring to CB's fight night)" He answers, "I'm traveling, not really my top priority ..."
I have all of the chat logs to back this up.
My only role in this is to not to lose to Shoemoney ( i would kill myself ), so I have nothing to do with organizing anything with this event. I am just as in the dark about this fake "Fight Night" as any of you. If I see Shoemoney at ASW I'm jumping him. PRESS CHARGES BEYATCH.
