Depends on how you're assessing it...both ways I assess it, in the end college was worth it.
I think most people who went to college, would agree that they had a blast at college. I don't want to sound like a phag, but there's more to life than working. Where are you going to have more fun? Partying at college, or sitting at a desk working? If it's sitting at a desk...than go do that.
From a learning/helping you make more money perspective I still think college ended up worth it for me, if for no other reason than it gave me time to think, analyze my own ventures, and mature...a bit. It also improved my communication (especially verbal skills), and gave me some basics for business, so for me personally it was worth it. However, I do understand, at the time I often wondered if any of my classes were worth a damn...from a learning standpoint, I think I could have learned all I did, and passed all the tests by combing 4 years into 1.
