Is Digg Down?

hey folk:

I have been trying to get into digg.com for the past 12 hours without success.

I got this message
"The connection has time out"

hm.. it is just me or Digg? is digg down?

just googled "is digg down" this is about the only site with a post, is anyone else having issues with digg. I just installed ubutu 7.04 today, and now I cant get digg to load.
