Did a little more digging and can safely say YES this is DEFINITELY him..
His domain whois is registered in the the city Florence, Kentucky..
And the jail that this mugshot was taken at is 3 miles away from Florence.
Mugshot Maybe a good twitter profile pic? LOL
I wonder if the new SEOWeave twitter account is following all of his client twitter accounts or any other businesses in his local area.

I want to know what kind of cunning strategy he's come up with, where he gives away his social media presence to CCarter.
This is some sort of espionage no doubt.
However without the top secret updates to clarify his strategy, this also seems really fucking stupid.

a) some top secret updates from your side clarifying your strategy
b) (optional) maybe lay down the seeds of diplomacy and drop a few more quotes?

Unfortunately no. When an account is deleted, the following and followers are deleted as well. Only remaining are the retweet of others and mentions. We are looking for a twitter cache system now, to possibly go back.

This account has 620 followers, I'm guessing a lot of them are businesses in Cincy.
Might not be a bad list to start with.
