Is there any script/tool out that can scrape from facebook and twitter member emails to build a list? It would be KW targeted as well as Geo targed.

If not how much would you think it would cost to create one and outsource it?
 


Not sure but I just saw a new video about a new product traffic evolution software that looks great but cannot afford the 2-3K that it cost and not sure if its per year. It gathers emails or members contacts from facebook related to groups, KW or geo target and sends your pitch message with your url. Not sure but I think it contacts the members from within facebook as a member not sure. Maybe that way would be more legit.
