i used to work alot with yahoo, and it used to covert well for me. Lately i started working on some campaigns with them and the same terms are converting about 70% worse on yahoo, compared to google search and msn.

Anyone else notice a big decline in quality lately?

it has always been. You can always see junk click with its search partners

Run their new Ad Delivery Report to see if your traffic mix has changed between search partners, and use conversion tracking or analytics bounce rate to determine quality for each source.

I've noticed tons of shit traffic that comes through from their search partners, which are tons of crap search portals. Manually block the obvious bs domains and your situation will improve.

Track, block, track, block, track, fuck the shitty search partners off, track...

i've been getting ton of shit traffic from referrers like rc38.overture.com which you can't really block, and even the traffic from search.yahoo.com is not that great to begin with.

You need more blocks. I hit the 500 limit with one campaign. I need about 50,000. Really, yahoo sucks. Supposedly you're going to be able to opt out of the partner network soon. Better fucking hurry.

Some search partners have lower cpc with decent quality traffic. You should setup a tracking for this.
