It's not liberal programming in the sense you're trying to define it as - it's television and comedy.

There are PLENTY of liberal messages in FOX programming, regardless if it's comedy or not.

So despite conservative criticisms (there must have been reasons they were criticizing) the shows remain on FOX because of the money.

I just hope the same people that watch these shows don't watch FOX news at the same time. (they shouldn't be allowed to, lol.)

This is the most retarded thread yet. I watch Fox News over any of the Obama Polesmoking stations due to the fact they do not report on anything. The acorn videos the other networks wouldnt touch, and seeing how that effects taxpayers it was something that should have been reported across the boards. But

I also am a big fan of Family Guy. It is a great show. Some of the topics to me may cross the line at times but I am not so closed minded as to watch family guy and believe the humor as real and create my lifes values from the content.

kind of the same way liberals woudlnt want to watch the male chauvinist pig Johnny Bravo, or wouldnt want their liberal kids to watch The Roadrunner show since Wiley Coyote is more of an entrepenuer and risk taker. Liberals would only allow their kids to watch rainbow bright, my little pony and high school musical or any of the CSI Series since them damned conservative investigators are always profiling on the lower class people.

Again kind of a stupid topic.

There are a million other forums consumed with rehashing the same bullshit topics on a weekly basis; capital punishment, abortion, gun control, the war in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan, the war on drugs, the wars we'd like to have, Obama, Fox News, global warming, etc. etc. etc. Toss in religion for good measure and you get the picture.

Family Guy has liberal messages...they've been kicked off the air twice probably for that reason.

Why? I sort of understand what you're saying, but i think you are making it out to where all conservatives are uber religious/ "family values" (whatever that even means..) folks who only want Leave it to Beaver and Hannity on the air.

It just simply isn't the case. Its a lot easier to believe it is, but its not.

The fact is people watch fox news because it tells them what they want to hear. (Same as MSNBC) If everyone thought Hannity, Beck, etc. were blowhard idiots who just want to scare everyone, then they wouldn't be watched, and thusly canceled. Like it or not, Fox just does it better than everyone else.

Ratings = Revenue. Period.

Your a clueless individual, about the only way i can sum it up. The majority of people doing internet marketing I would safely say is Independent/ Conservative. Some liberal quacks out there I am sure but the thing that makes most lean center/center right is the fact we work hard for our cash and hate giving up a bigger share just because some liberals think it is the right thing to do. I know kind of off topic, but your liberal bias and starting threads like these shows the lack of open mindedness. I watch Fox News and I find Family Guy funny 99% of the time. Does not mean I am being hypocritical in anyway. I am simply a conservative, like smaller govt and less taxes. I am not a 4-5 time a week church goer who hates all things worldly. I havent been to church in probably 5 yrs. But what I watch as comdey and what I watch to see whats happening in the world is totally irrelevant to one another. I think 20% of fox news viewership is democrats, the rest made up of independents and conservatives. Where as 90% of the other networks is democratic.

News choice has nothing to do with Entertainment.
