I'm interested to see what the veterans at WF think are the toughest markets to get into for 2011?

I'm mentoring this dude who wants to take the leap into diet pills and I'm trying to persuade him to try other, easier markets.

It would be a huge help to have a list of markets to avoid (at first) as he does his research.
