1st- Agree with whoever above said "Sean Connery is James Bond". He was cool and tough. He used to slap bitches around and make it look acceptable lol.

2nd- Moore was great for entertainment value but he was often bordering on shit. Some of his fight scenes were pathetic- e.g. the 2 fat old baddies in the hallway in A View To A Kill.

3rd- Craig has had a very good start. Not sure if he will become a great though yet. On the one hand he has this new vulnerable side to 007 but he is quite "straight" and lacks the charisma of Connery and Moore.

Others were either shit or not 007 long enough.

Charisma...Roger Moore had it.

So no vote for Timothy Dalton ... understandable ... :D

Here is Daniel Craig in Skyfall premier ... looking old ?

He looks like a wax figure, and that McDonalds hairline aint doing him no favors either

Cant believe people got sold on him as a Bond...but that right there is power of marketing.

SWAGH

Pierce and Goldeneye are still my favorites. Can't deny Connery is a bad ass though.

Agreed. Brosnan threaded the line between tough-ish (Connery) and comic (Moore).

So no vote for Timothy Dalton ... understandable ... :D

Dalton wasn't bad, I liked License to Kill. Dalton did a good job of portraying Bond as a government trained/directed sociopath in that one, which is probably the most accurate portrayal of what an actual CIA/MI6 type would be like. But I do hear they gave Bond a harder edge for Craig, haven't seen any of his.

People do not want to watch real kind of CIA agent or MI 6, if they will portray in real avatar than Bond character will never be famous.

Bond is famous because he is glamorous, he seduce beautiful girls, he drive fast cars, he shows his costly watches, awesome gadgets and all ...

And that's why I think Pierce Brosnan was the perfect bond ...

Locations also!

I finna be livin like James Bond mayne, fuck me some fine dimes, dine fine wines, get me some skrimps, some lobster steak, some benihanna papadeux quisine, drive scuba cars, fly round the mothafuckin world ah man, let me tell ya bout that Bond Life

Daniel Craig, before that, Sean Connery.

Craig has the benefit of being the first actor of a tougher interpretation of 007.

This was the FIRST BOND in the "Moving Pictures"!!

Climax!: Season 1, Episode 3

Casino Royale (21 Oct. 1954)

"American spy James Bond must outsmart card wiz and crime boss LeChiffre while monitoring his actions. "

Barry Nelson ... James Bond

Peter Lorre ... Le Chiffre

"Climax!" Casino Royale (TV episode 1954) - IMDb

OP forgot to list Barry Nelson as a favorite AND he was the FIRST James Bond!!

P.S. This so-called "New Bond" movie Casino Royal is just a remake and extended version of the 1954 TV show!!

ROFLMAO!!!

Here we are talking about movies ... not any TV serials ... so did not include that one ...

Just "poking" at ya!!

My Finacee' and I got into a BIG one over that TV show last year. She's some kinda self proclaimed Cinephile GURU it seems. The ONLY Casino Royale that she knew about was this one with Peter Sellers and it was a SPOOF on James Bond Movies. (She also chided me for it being a T.V. show and NOT a damn movie. LOL)

Casino Royale (1967)

"In an early spy spoof, aging Sir James Bond comes out of retirement to take on SMERSH."

Peter Sellers ... Evelyn Tremble / James Bond 007

Ursula Andress ... Vesper Lynd / James Bond 007

David Niven ... Sir James Bond

Orson Welles ... Le Chiffre

Joanna Pettet ... Mata Bond

Daliah Lavi ... The Detainer / James Bond 007

Woody Allen ... Jimmy Bond (Dr. Noah)

(They even SPOOFED the TV Bond by having Orson Wells play Le Chiffre!!)

Here's the entire episode from 1954:

BTW, Casino Royale was the ONLY T.V. show of James Bond ever done and it was part of the Climax Action T.V. series.

I think Daniel Craig is the best Bond ever! The style, the attitude everything mathes the Bond people want to watch. Though, not the Bond described in Fleming's books.

Im always rite, its downrite disgustin...

Lazenby killing it you dumb bitches

665M - ONE (1) movie

My vote is for Anik Singal.
