What happend with Jamster and Neverblue? I was promoting Jamster offers and it didn't convert anymore from a certain day and now I am surprised to see that Neverblue does not offer Jamster campaign anymore.

When they end their partnership will Neverblue still payout their promotors/affiliates? I've made a big amount of money with Jamster lately before the conversion dropped.

NB still has Jamster as far as I can see? Only way they won't pay was if you were doing something fraudulent that breaks the terms of the offer or their affiliate terms.

Alright, my AM brought me some bad news. I have been blacklisted by Jamster. Reason according my AM: "We were informed late yesterday that you are not allowed to promote Jamster for Verizon or Sprint." AND "Lastly they have informed us that the Fox legal department is trying to contact you now." I really have no idea how and what... I assume they won't pay me anymore.

And oh yeah, I admit I haven't read their TOS carefully about the Verizon and Sprint offer.. :( Bummer

I would now worry more about Fox, than getting your earnings.

Were you running the offer with a quiz style landing page? I don't know how you were promoting it, but I know I've seen all those ads "Test your 24 knowledge" or Prison Break, then offering a free ringtone.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe he used the Sprint and Version logo's on his landing page.

You can put the verizon and sprint logos...thats not a problem (only a problem for AT&T). Although sometimes they are very very picky...and can shut you down for something as small as not saying "verizon wireless" as opposed to just "verizon". Or he wasn't putting summary terms, pricing text...lots of rules in mobile...easy to piss off the carriers... good luck man

Can you let us know how this turns out? I'd be surprised if you got more than a slap on the wrist... sucks for your money though :(

Well frankly I don't know. This is what my AM messaged me: "We were informed late yesterday that you are not allowed to promote Jamster for Verizon or Sprint." AND "Lastly they have informed us that the Fox legal department is trying to contact you now." I really have no idea how and what...

I have no idea why Fox is involved with this though

there are so many rules with ringtones these days. Theyre using is as an excuse for them to get out of paying you
