Jennifer Lawrence, Ariana Grande, & More Celebs Fall Victim to Nude Photo Leak After

Jennifer Lawrence's body, holy shit. Whoever was lucky enough to receive/take those pictures, I salute you!

One of the dumbest tweets I've ever seen (and of course it's popular):

These type of women wanna live in a world where their actions have no consequences...

So you're saying it's okay to violate someone's privacy as long as they have "bad opinions"...

lol.

Quite the deconstruction in a few words.

Privacy is private until GimpSpack finds out what you say in private, and if GimpSpack dislikes it, then I guess we go from there.

So you're saying it's okay to violate someone's privacy as long as they have "bad opinions"...

No, that's not what I'm saying. My original statements were trying to put these 2 separate privacy-violation events into perspective from the standpoint of the media/culture. I'm not talking about potential legal repercussions.

There's a reason the media (+everyone else) is reacting to this breach of privacy more dramatically and sympathetically than in Sterling's case.

Don't you think public perception of potential crimes might play a part in determining if/when to prosecute someone?

Also, remember: titanium777 was making this a gender issue.

Donald Sterling's privacy breached by female - "Good for her. Let's ban this pig from the NBA"

Females' privacy breached by males - "How dare they! Let's prosecute every last one of these criminals"

My point is that the outrage he's making reference to above is less about gender and more about context. Refer to my OP.

If you ever needed more proof that the internet is made of guys with an average mental age of 15, well now you don't.

I'm not even saying some moral shit like "HOW COULD YOU??!!"... it's just that the fucks given for yet another set of boobs / jizz drenched body on the Internet is ridiculous.

"I saw Jennifer Lawrence's boobs"
"Isn't the internet, quite literally, FULL OF boobs that are far superior to hers?"
"But it's Jennifer Lawrence's boobs?"

Celebrity culture needs to die, but of course it won't.

Sure, but it's way deeper than that. People are supposed to be equal under the law. We all know it isn't true, but let's pretend.

Please elaborate. Not just on why it is, but also on why you think it should be so. I'm pretty sure that's what you said, although I may have misunderstood.

Again, I wasn't talking about the legal aspect of it. I could care less how these "privacy" breaches are handled by the state. I understand how it "should be," but I'm taking about how society interprets these 2 privacy crimes given their respective context.

Should be what? I've never stated my opinion on how the justice system aught to proceed.

Remember, Titanium initially tried to make this a gender issue with this gem:

Donald Sterling's privacy breached by female - "Good for her. Let's ban this pig from the NBA"

Females' privacy breached by males - "How dare they! Let's prosecute every last one of these criminals"

To which I replied:

What a load of bullshit.

The fact that Sterling expressed blatantly racist opinions while owning a predominantly black team in a predominantly black sport obviously outweighed concern for his privacy. I'm sure his team was relieved to know the truth (that the guy they're keeping rich thinks they're lesser humans).

Had any of these celebrity leaks featured Kate Upton with "Fuck Jews and Niggers" sharpied on one of her droopy, soccer-mom tits, I guarantee you wouldn't see all this sympathetic outrage. Privacy would be secondary to her racist revelation.

Do you even context bro?

He totally misinterpreted my rebuttal to his inane assertion that the public's outrage had something to do "MEN EVIL/WOMEN GOOD."

Consequently, everyone just assumed I talking about the legality of this shit.

(Which is interesting considering Titanium's initial assertion was also made within the context of the media/public's general reaction to these 2 events).

Thanks for the link bro. Maybe I'm an idiot, but how do I use this site? I click download but it's not asking me where to save it too. I am so confused. Sorry for the n00b question.
First it downloads it into your browser offline storage and then when that's complete the prompt shows up where you want to save it, which it's already downloaded at that point so it instantly finishes.

Thought it was pretty cool when I first used it.
