It's attitude from people like you that freelancers get annoyed at. We don't 'do shit for less' and some of us do have PhD's (not joking). Freelancers have skills but they just don't want to work for a company. We're not talking about people who reply to competitions on DP or 99designs I'm talking about professionals.
