Just getting started - How does this plan sound?

Thanks Alex for the reply. I totally understand your point of view. I have been experiencing it through my friends netowork and other friends websites using him. I don't have a website/blog or whatever and I dont really want to start one. Is there another way to experience it? but other than that..is there any holes missing besides experience? I have network site --> get ads/offers/promotions (start small with email/zip submits) ---> start signing affiliates up/generate traffic.

My buddy does not put in 18 hours a day and he does extremely well. But I would put in 10+++ if I had to.

you really need to experience it from the affiliate's point of view. do what we're all doing first before you start a network, then you will understand your client base, the industry as a whole, and be able to run a network efficiently.
