Those temps are cold enough to literally give you frostbite in 10-15 min of exposure. I kept my happy ass indoors and played Skyrim.
12 degrees celsius and partly cloudy here in London. Looks like it's going to rain a bit in the next few days too.
Basically, it's the same as every other week of the damn year here. That's for the best, though, if it were as cold as it were in the US here we'd probably all be dead by now.
Snow should stay up in the mountains and the north & south pole where it belongs.
It's nice in the mountains. It's horrid in London, it turns to black sludge in minutes and gets your shoes and bottom of your trousers filthy.
Much as hate the usual "most of the year round" weather here (barring our 4 day summer) I don't envy you chaps in the US one bit atm.
