Just picked this up at Costco for $499

$499 plus tax? got an i5 with the same specs from dell online in january for less than that including tax/shipping only thing is that it's a refurb but, came with a 1 yr warranty plus i've bought a dell refurb before without any issues
 
Bought a Gateway with i5, 4GB RAM, and same specs 9 months ago for $50 more.

I don't know about Costco, but I would not be interested in any electronics from Walmart or Sam's for the same reason another poster mentioned.

You all assume that an i5 is better than an i3. NOT TRUE. The new Sandy Bridge i3 chips out perform all legacy i5's.
