Keep Track of New Information?

Anyone have a useful system of keeping track of new useful info, especially on forums?

I'm not just talking about implementing RSS reader with several SEO/Affiliate blogs.

I realize a lot of killer forum posts pass under my nose undetected. Is there a way you can get get notified of when a collective few decide, "shit, this is really worth reading!" without having to always swing by a forum?

Maybe a digg for forums?
