I agree that people who work harder than others or take a bigger risk should have more money but to say that it is fantastic that there are 3.5 b people living in poverty is just dumb. That's how the world works but what is "fantastic" about this?
folks, the fact that this video has a high dislike to like ratio is great news. those are the same people who get all emotional while reading your landing page and buy your stupid berries, or if you're all ethical and girly like me, a product.

Africa is a generalized term. What country are you talking about in specific?I'm genuinely curious; let's say you're some poor kid in Africa, how would you rise out of poverty?
:music06: Good news!
Actually, to think of it, that's fantastic in the sense that all those "poor" people will now watch this video and come for his ass!
Jokes apart, a capitalistic economy leads to poverty. But then again, a capitalistic economy gives rise to some of the best entrepreneurs in the country.
So, you need to take your pick which side you are on, regardless of your background.

Poverty is seriously bad for business. I can never understand "business people" who positively revel in people being poor. They of all people should know that the bigger the pool of comfortably off people, the more opportunity to sell them stuff.
Poverty may be bad for business but so is paying more than production value for labor.
It's definitely not "fantastic" that 3.5 billion people are poor.
