Keyboard Suggestions?

Keep buying that crap it's good for the monkeys.
I like a keyboard that looks good, feels good and is highly responsive. My last keyboard lasted me 3 years so I don't mind paying a few extra bucks to get a good keyboard.
The natural keyboard is definitely a good option. They have the elite version for like $38 on Amazon. Not a bad option.
If you're up for it, I would suggest looking into checking out a Dvorak keyboard. The current Qwerty keyboard was designed for typewriters to have slower typing rates so that the printing letters wouldn't get jammed. Dvorak keyboards have all the most commonly used letters on the home row. Tests have shown it has been able to increase typing speeds 200-300%. I'm getting one for X-Mas to mess around with.

I really like mine too. I have the Logitech Illuminated Ultrathin Keyboard.

Cool keyboard, might be fun to play with one day. However that is one of those things that requires relearning a new habit and key location.
Actually, Dresden14 has a pooint - I work 10-12 hours per day on a computer and I long stopped looking at the keyboard makes or prices for that matter. If you do a lot of typing, then one with soft keys is the best IMO - far less strain on your hands. 99% of the time, you don't really need all the whistles and bells. When it comes to mice though, things are a bit different as normally the more expensive ones are also the beter ones. I am still to buy a good ergonomic mouse though - I have my eye on the hand shoe mouse, but I have to order it on ebay or amazon and then wait to get shipped and that's far too much work, but eventually I'll get to it.
LOL, dude if you use the same tools everyday, then ofcourse it matters. One of those 10 in 1 things will strip on the ends and not even turn the bolts anymore. The same with a keyboard, it starts getting funky and keys start to die etc, which is fine but the keyboard I just got cost $56, has soft keys and is backlit, i'm sorry but for something that I use EVERY SINGLE day 12 - 15 hrs a day it's very important to have a GOOD keyboard and mouse.
But then again i'm an extremist and I usually get very good quality products when it comes to computing and/or electronics. In my experience it goes further.
