Go to Magazine.Com. Select a category or sub category that's closely related to your target exact match keywords. Select current and previous issues of hot magazines. Get headline/title and topic/sub topic ideas from those magazines...

If your niche isn't related to any of those categories or sub categories or magazines, then go to Amazon. Select a category or a sub category that's closely related to your target exact match keywords. Select books with lots of positive buyer reviews. Study the table of contents of those books. Generate headline/title and topic/sub topic ideas from the table of content items of those books...

Use GAKT and Google. Once you have a decent list from GAKT, Google them for autocomplete and related search suggestions. Filter the search results to show only discussions. Look at the discussion titles for ideas. Re-enter those in GAKT and keep the keywords with decent search volume.
 
If you are new you can choose low competitive keywords as they can yield you better results within short span of time. dont always go for exact keyword, long tail keywords will favor you more
