Keyword tool to pull ranking keywords from website, preferably free

So I have a large list of sites, around 100 or so. Is there a program that can run through these URL's, and tell me the most popular keywords this site is ranking for?

Doesn't have to be free, but it would be nice. Thanks!

Does anyone use anything else? Always good to have some data from a few different sources to cross reference.

The regular https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal tool offers one if you didn't try that. It's listed under "Descriptive words or phrases" titled "website content", you just have to drill down for each phrase.​
