Manay did a fine job for me -- professional looking page done in a couple days, good communications, am going to work with him on a couple new projects. Highly recommended.

Manay does great work. Good communication and provided several different rough drafts to choose from. Have more work lined up for you, Manay.
 
I'm not sure about his pricing. I mean, I know designers can demand their own pricing, but $400 for a 1 page design, non-coded design with hardly any reviews for seasoned members is a bit harsh.

There's excellent designers who have sold $10,000-$50,000 on themeforest (contacted one today) and for $250, you get an excellent design AND coding.

Manay - I'm not knocking you man, and you have a good portfolio, but I'll wait until someone with authority like bofu, erect, turbolapp, etc reviews your work. I'm just not going to take that risk. Been scammed by designers way too many times.

He's not a scammer, and for a landing page/offer page that converts, it's worth it.
 
Never said he was a scammer, and the project we discuss was more of a web service website, and less of a landing page. That might be my problem.

I appreciate you chiming in papajohn. You're one person I respect highly.
 
Doesnt really matter if its Landing page or website Design
Your requirement was for one page design and it involve graphics works and so on:)

Sir i never said anywhere that i wont code it.
My quote depend on the base of requirement and yes my quote is only provding the design concept!!!! :)
I always code the sites for clients as a compliments...
