Lagalization Of Marijuana?!

What most people dont realize is corporate americas push to prepare themselves for legalization.

Did you know that phillip morris owns the copyright to every high times cannabis cup winner herb's name and use as a "smoking brand".

I've been approached by major corps. and research firms to assist in transition.

You will see the medical element push through all 50 states eventually , small pockets of resistance in bible belt but you will see it happen.

But youre not going to see the legaliazation you all expect....It will never be legal to grow it your own as growing tobacco is ILLEGAL to do as is making your own alcohol.

You will see the same structure as tobbacco and alcohol.

The legalization myth is that it will run rampant across usa.

same smokers will be smoking

same haters will be hating

i live in Boston... it's already legal here... well, decriminalized... almost the same thing... if you get caught with anything less than an ounce then you just get a $100 fine...

my friend got pulled over with a half smoked blunt in his car a few nights ago and the cop let him keep it.

Sorry buddy from someone that is actually part of the medical community, you are full of shit. I don't need to hide behind vague "I am close friends" my court cases for growing and running a medical co-op are public record under my name.

For the record there is some pretty good money in local co-op referrals but just realize most co-ops that are paying for leads aren't the friendly neighborhood groups for sick people. They are usually pretty serious business men with a healthy hand in organized crime. So take that into consideration when you work with them....

Oh and for anyone that has a clue about the legalization movement in America we have really only one major opponent keeping it out. Private prisons and guard/law enforcement unions. The lobbies for those industries have unbelievable amounts of money/power and a vested interest in keeping more people in jail longer. We've got a long way to go before it will be legal because of that.

Oh and for the record making your own alcohol is perfectly legal you fucking moron. I feel sorry for someone that I guess doesn't even have enough friends to know someone that makes there own brew.

and i think california is 2 years - 3 years away from full legalization. Once the state gets hooked on the tax revenues (and the co op owners are currently pushing for HIGHER taxes for that purpose), the momentum will continue to carry things to that point. Other states will follow and you will have a US where marijuana is legal in probably 50% of the country. After that point, the federal ban will be lifted, more states will legalize, and you'll probably have it legal in 80% of the country.

I've never really liked it personally, and I've done my fair share of everything, but its really ridiculous how willing our government is to create black markets for this and other fairly harmless (relative to other legal substances) drugs.
 
interestingly , until the 70s, you couldnt brew beer or own gold. As the government is currently hellbent on destroying our currency, I'm thankful there are other things we can now own that have 'intrinsic' worth

As for the subject at hand - It will be legalized eventually, but as with everything it takes a while for the facts to unravel the propaganda.

My buddy runs this company (not a cockroll) here out of Vancouver, they sell self-contained boxes to grow "tomatoes". Pretty fucking cool, it's pretty much just plug and play. They're so big that they even ship containers overseas to UK and other European countries. Huge in the US as well as they advertise in High Times almost every month. Check that shit out.

Dude, great idea! I've always wanted to grow, but never got into it as I don't have the time. A plug and play solutions is a great thing.

Just tell you bud to not be such a fucking internet-tard and put the prices on his site. WTF does he think that by forcing people to call he will get more sales? That is just not the case with the interwebz.
