Winners gonna win.

Don't forget that for a long time he made life hell for anyone who said that he DID in fact take performance enhancers.

Fuck the TDF the sport is nothing but a shell of what it was when Lance was riding. Before Lance brought attention to the sport it was impossible to even watch it in the states. Lance helped and inspired millions of people. He helped cancer patients fight to stay alive.

Everyone and there brother was dopin in cycling. How the hell else are you going to ride straight up a mountain? Or ride 2500 miles in 30 days? Of course your going to need a little help. The entire sport is chock full of drugs. It always has been and always will be.

Now the sport is going to get what it deserves. Its going to go back to mediocrity. Nobody is going to care. Nobody is going to watch. Fuck you TDF

What other sport makes a big spectacle out of getting drunk while participating?

Believe it or not, there are people who watch cycling outside of the USA. Cycling is very popular in the UK right now.

That is a big part of my point. Professional cycling has traditionally been a European sport. It always will be. There is no denying that the TV ratings and money that flowed into the sport (and out) are directly tied to Lance Armstrong.

He got caught because he got greedy, shoulda stopped after two or three wins.

it wouldna mattered. The French fags were after him the minute he set foot in France. They cant stand the thought of an American winning. They would much rather have no winner for 7 years, than to have an American winner.

I wish he was more open about the people around him in all those years, the UCI, Bruyneel especially, ...
Instead he's protecting them.

Feels to me like nothing but damage control.
