I don't understand how people can defend him. He cheated anyway he could, and completely attacked other people that were caught cheating all while cheating himself. Lance Armstrong is the most pussy bitch I've seen a while.
I'd be willing to bet that he is good friends with Opera, and they rehearsed everything in order to make him look as good as possible. He probably was allowed to get the final say on what would be allowed to air too.
I would have not cheated. And if I did I certainly would have not attacked others for cheating (while doing the same thing as well)

I just heard the list of drugs he was taking.... i've just finished a hectic anti-viral treatment regime and the drugs they gave me to 'perk me up' were pretty much the same drugs he took.
No way i coulda done what he done tho, but yeah... he was taking EPO.... it splits your red blood cells immaturely, and pretty much doubles the amount of oxygen your blood can carry. It makes a fucking MASSIVE difference on your performance. Without gettting into much detail, i was out of breath just going from my bed to the toilet, with EPO though, it felt like i could run a marathon. (even though i couldnt at the time).
Point is, give EPO to an athlete.... and good things will happen.

Americans may have forgiven Barry Bonds in terms of being angry or whatever at him, but his legacy is forever tainted.
It's not like he invented the concept of charity. If nobody knew who he was, a lot of that money would instead have just been donated to different charities.

People win sports every single day without having to cheat.
You advocate cheating because you think it raises the profile of the sport in your area, and therefore generates more income to charities. That income has always been available though, and would have been available to anyone who won... the winner - their name - is the brand, not the method of getting there in the first place. If he hadnt won, someone else would have, and they'd be the pretty face of their charity of choice.
He got caught, called out, and it's not an honourable way to win. I think most people would agree with that, and he admits that himself.
