Landing page slaps?

I have about 40 campaigns running in adwords, all use the same domain name... I just logged in and notice all the keywords have "Rarely shown due to low quality score", however I have had QS of 7-10 the past several months.

Is this a slap? Do I just make a new domain and re-upload? Can I use the same account?

Update: so I found a couple keywords would work with the same domain.. so I tried to just re-create the campaign, but now it's telling me

"Your ads aren't showing because you have no active account-level budget"

I never set an account-level budget... don't even see where this is.

Check your billing preference, see if your card is already disabled.

If that's the case, your account is banned.

You are done with this domain if you are showing 1/10 because of LP QS. Copy/paste to a new domain, wishing for anything else is a waste of time, especially complaining to google.

Rinse and repeat, and if you are an affiliate invest your profits elsewhere because the slap will keep coming back.... or find a way to white label whatever you are selling. Waking up everyday hoping that this is not the day you will get slapped sucks.

K thanks guys.. yeah I just used a new domain, changed a few things.. seems to be okay now.. for now.

your blog needs to be updated
Thanks for the reminder ;)

Btw. if you create a new domain with it, that will work but it will probably get slapped within some days/weeks again. Eventually this will possibly lead to your account being banned if you overdo this procedure. Would be interesting for you to find out why it got slapped and possibly avoid that (maybe it's one campaign or one problem with the guidelines, assuming it's not an affiliate-promo site all together).

I think it could have been due to duplicate content.... I checked on copyscrape and basically there were 10+ (don't have premium account) sites that showed up.. so this time I've gone ahead and redid all of the content, added some things like more alt/title tags, etc... checked against copyscrape and no results....
